Out of the offered subjects I chose evidence because i really liked the idea of reenacting a crime scene of sorts or something of similar nature, anything a bit gritty. There is so much you can do with the theme of evidence as almost anything can be linked back to something, for example a child with a gun can be evidence of a broken society or an obedient soldier can be evidence of a powerful military. The ideas are limitless when it comes to evidence because as long as you can connect it with something and explain why it's evidence of this then it can be done.
As I said I really like the idea of recreating a crime scene, preferably of a murder with all the blood and murder weapons I can get my hands on. There are also other aspects I can look at, I can challenge society by pointing out faults in the system just like photographer William Klein but i can also point out our countries strengths with healthy citizens thanks to the NHS and show that we have a strong military.
The subject of evidence really appeals to because of how much it makes my imagination run wild, especailly after looking at artists I'm able to pull out any kind of evidence they might be trying to show and then use that as an idea for later by either recreating an image by an artist I like or using that idea and molding it into my own.
